The CYLAD teams participated to the Fresque du Climat
During the CYLAD University, the Cyladians, from all offices, gathered to participate to the Fresque du Climat, a fun collective intelligence workshop on climate change.
This workshop provided keys to understand what the triggers of climate change are and what are the levers we can act on. It also challenged our daily behaviors, forced us to look deeply into our practices and collectively searched for solutions.
Following the Fresque du Climat, in addition to challenging our internal practices, we have reinforced our offer on ESG transformation especially on environmental impact to help our clients tackle this topic and improve their performance.
The Fresque du climat at CYLAD is :
- 100 team members involved
- 4 offices (Hambourg, Paris, Toulouse, Montreal)
- 12 tables of participants gathering ideas on climate change
