Project Management Roundtable on »The Holy Grail of Cost/Resource and Quality/Maturity Integration« in Hamburg Office

On November 13th, 2014, the first Cylad Consulting Roundtable of the Hamburg Office took place.

 

Several companies, from industries such as aerospace, automotive and machinery joined this cross-industry best-practice exchange on project management.

 

Starting off with short presentations on workload-modelling and earned value management (EVM), the discussion group made use of the afternoon by exchanging on questions like:

 

  • What is the right level of granularity in project management?
  • What is the right balance between KPIs and leadership? or
  • What is the right profile for a project manager?

 

An interesting mix of participants, holding various functions from Head of Engineering to Head of Quality, Head of Programs or Project Manager, facilitated a fruitful debate with different points of view which was continued until early evening hours and was complemented with networking-opportunities accompanied by some fingerfood.
