Paris on October 6th, 2016 – “Sales & Operation Planning” conference – CYLAD Consulting commented on the S&OP setup for its client ETANCO

CYLAD Consulting renewed its participation in the Marcus Evans Conference on Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) held October 6th 2016.


Patrick Sage, Partner at CYLAD Consulting, and Roberto Giso, Manager in the firm, made a joint presentation with Emmanuel Cantegrel, Head of Commercial & Marketing at ETANCO (a French designer and manufacturer of systems for fasteners, over-roofing, safety and facade). They gave details and explanations on the S&OP setup they ran in 2016.


In front of 40 experts on supply chain management and S&OP planning they showed key success factors of the S&OP project processes, highlighting the innovative approach that puts marketing and sales focus at the center of S&OP, where product ranges are wide and demand varied. This largely fostered collective commitment and change management on the project.
