CYLAD Consulting promotes Laurence Massat to Partner
CYLAD Consulting, is pleased to announce the promotion of Laurence Massat to partner.
The firm is approaching its tenth anniversary and is pursuing its development with the commitment to strengthen all its activities related to Organizational Transformation. Laurence Massat was a driving force of this development. She has nine years of operational experience and has been an active contributor to the firm’s development over the last eight years.
Laurence Massat arrived in 2008 as a Manager, specializing in Company Transformations, Project/Program and Portfolio Management, Change Management and Performance Improvements.
Laurence Massat graduated from HEC in 1999 and is 40 years old. She began her career as a Financial Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions with JP Morgan Bank, before joining CoSpirit Group, specializing in Marketing and Media consultancy as a Project and Development Manager for the CEO. In 2002, she joined InfoPro Group, initially as Marketing & Development Manager at ETAI in Paris, then as Deputy Director of subsidiary ETAI Spain. From 2005 to 2008, she was the Chief of Staff for Philippe Douste-Blazy, President of Toulouse Métropole, France.
