Alexandre van den Berg, new Partner at CYLAD Consulting, leads the Montreal office in Canada
After opening an office in Australia last year, CYLAD Consulting is continuing its expansion in Canada, with a new office in Montreal.
Alexandre van den Berg, previously Director at AlixPartners, joins CYLAD Consulting as a Partner to head up the Canadian office and develop the North American market.
Aged 37, Alexandre van den Berg is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and has a Masters in Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris. He began his career in 2006 at Air France, before joining HSBC for three years, then AlixPartners in 2011 where he led a number of strategic, engineering, operational change or cost reduction projects in the aeronautics sector, in particular at Airbus on the A320, A330 and most recently the A220 programs.
“Our firm has one of the largest teams active in Aerospace & Defense in Europe. The arrival of Alexandre will enable us to reinforce our positioning as a major player in these sectors and also to expand into new markets on the other side of the Atlantic,” explains Sébastien Chaussoy, CEO and founder of CYLAD. For Olivier Paget, Partner in the Paris office, “His arrival is indicative of the appeal and momentum of our firm, which is experiencing significant growth.”
The Canadian office has recently signed its first projects for aeronautical market leaders, Alexandre’s local team is already putting the CYLAD Consulting values and pillars of its identity into practice: engagement and impact, empathy and team spirit.
