As a Consultant, your purpose is to analyze and guide our clients in the public or private sector in good practices and management methods to be implemented.
Support analyses and deliverables for client engagements.
Identify, propose, structure and synthesize recommendations.
Help client’s team to deliver transformational change and lasting results.
Contribute to the design, conception and implementation of internal processes such as Training, Knowledge Management, IT, Business Development and Recruitment

Help client’s team to deliver lasting results and transformations

Communicate with head office in France

As a Senior Consultant, your purpose is to act as key counterpart on our clients ‘projects to be delivered and be business development oriented.
Set-up analyses and deliverables for client missions
Organize benchmarks and suggest improvement roadmaps with several steps
Structure problems, identify root causes and steer the project towards progress
Coach the client’s team to deliver lasting results and transformations
Structure the work and readjust the team tasks focused on the target
Take responsibility on internal development activities such as designing and implementing processes on Training, Knowledge Management, IT and/or running recruiting interviews
Communicate with head office in France
