CYLAD is proud to be awarded the ECOVADIS Silver Medal for its ESG performance.
With an overall score of 60/100, CYLAD is in the top 18% of consulting firms in terms of ESG, well above the global consulting score of 47/100.
CYLAD has improved its results since its first assessment in 2020, going from Bronze to Silver medal, thanks to 2 levers:
The formalization of a sustainable purchasing policy
The numerous actions implemented in favor of the environment
CYLAD’s ESG policy has been translated into many concrete actions:
We defined a code of conduct and translated our 6 core values into behaviors to make them more tangible for all CYLADians
We reinforced our governance by putting in place performance indicators in all our ESG dimensions to measure our efforts
We performed a carbon emission assessment to set-up reduction objectives
We took some measures towards digital sobriety, in particular to assess and reduce our IT storage size
We built our stakeholders mapping analysis
We strengthened mentor-mentee relationships and proposed a soft-skills training
We developed a consulting offer to support our clients in their ESG transformation
An external assessment to improve our practices and guide our actions
As part of its ESG approach, CYLAD has chosen, for the past two years, to have its initiatives assessed by ECOVADIS. This external assessment considers our environmental and social as well as our human rights, ethics and responsible purchasing practices. It allows us to better structure our approach, evaluate our actions and identify areas for improvement.
ECOVADIS is one of the most important rating companies in the field of ESG, with a global network of more than 90,000 companies in over 200 sectors of activity and more than 160 countries.
CYLAD is committed to going further with its ESG initiatives
5 areas of improvement have been identified by EcCOVADIS and will be the focus of the company’s actions in 2022. Among them, going further on our environmental policy with the implementation of a travel policy to reduce our carbon footprint and working on our purchases, putting ESG criteria at the heart of our decisions.
