For its 3rd year of participation, we are pleased to once again receive the HappyIndex®AtWork 2023 accreditation and above all to note that our results have improved significantly.
With a favorable opinion rate of 89.1%, the firm gained more than 8 points compared to the previous year and is 15 points above the average of companies in its sectors evaluated over the past 5 years.
We have made progress on all the thematic addressed in the survey, such as: professional development, work organization, managerial relations, salary & recognition, pride and fun.
