CYLAD Consulting appoints Marie Decroix as Partner in the Toulouse office

CYLAD Consulting, a Management and Strategy consulting firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Marie Decroix as Partner.
Marie Decroix joined CYLAD in 2007 as manager.
From the Toulouse office, Marie has significantly contributed to CYLAD’s development, particularly in the Aerospace, Defence and spatial sectors for which she has run projects in organisational transformation, programme and portfolio management, and operational efficiency and change management. Marie has particularly been assisting the IT functions in recent years to optimise value creation and accelerate the digital transformation of companies.

Certified SAFe Agilist, Marie Decroix is in charge of the “Business & Digital Transformation” and “Agility” activities within the firm and actively takes part in the roll-out of Agile methods in project management and new product development.
Marie is a graduate of ISAE-SUPAERO and began her career working for Gemini Consulting.
