Cylad Consulting is looking for people with strong personality, able to fit into our team and our assignments as well as to fulfill their potential with us.

• High potential: our consultants come out of the best business (HEC, ESSEC,…) and engineer schools (Ecole Polytechnique, Centrale,..) and often have experienced operational jobs. Though, there is no typical course to join our firm.
• Integration: consultants we recruit have to be able to quickly fit with both our team and our engagements. This requires an appeal for analytics and inter-personal qualities (humility, dynamism, self commitment, empathy…).
• Fulfillment: our candidates must be able to fully fulfill their potential during their career within Cylad Consulting. To do so, they must show deep interest for industry, have a taste for diversity and challenges and show intellectual curiosity.

You can directly apply on line by sending us your application (see form down below). You can also bring us your resume and your cover letter during the “Campus Events”.  Ask your school for more information about our next visit or contact your campus manager.

Recruitment process

If your application is selected, you will be invited to interviews either at our main office in Paris or at our branch office in Toulouse.

It is usually a three round process no matter the grade you are applying for. During the first two rounds, you will meet senior consultants and managers. If you make it to the third and last round, you will meet two Cylad Consulting partners.
