A committed management team.
The creation of Cylad Consulting in 2007 results from the entrepreneurial encounter of Paul Archer and Sebastien Chaussoy, both experienced consultants from famous consulting majors.
In 2010, whereas Cylad Consulting experiences a rapid growth, Olivier Paget joins the co-founders. The trio of partners shares the same vision of the consulting profession, the same values and a common will to fully commit to their engagements.
Captivated by this project, Jacques Tassel, former President of AT Kearney France and VP of AT Kearney Europe, brings his solid experience as Senior Advisor to Cylad Consulting.
Paul Archer
Partner & Co-founder
Graduated from Ecole Polytechnique (1990) and Ecole des Mines de Paris (1995), Paul Archer has been working for 11 years in the strategy and management consulting business.
Paul Archer starts his career as R&D leader for Aerospace composite during 5 years. He then goes in for a career in consulting by successively joining AT Kearney and Capgemini Consulting. He develops strong expertise in program management, operational performance, product competitiveness and R&D organization, mostly in Aerospace and Defense.
Sébastien Chaussoy
Partner & Co-founder
Graduated from Ecole des Mines d’Alès (1994) and Management Master ESG (1995). Sebastien Chaussoy has been working for 11 years in the strategy and management consulting business.
After 5 years as project engineer at Fedex EMEA, Sebastien Chaussoy joins PricewhaterhouseCoopers then IBM Business Consulting Services. He becomes an expert in program management, product development and operational performance. He also has in-depth knowledge in areas such as Aerospace, Defense, Transportation and Telecommunications
Olivier Paget

Graduated from Ecole Polytechnique (1993) and Ecole Nationale Supérieure du Pétrole et des Moteurs – IFP School (1996). Olivier Paget has been working for 12 years in the strategy and management consulting business.
After working as a Development engineer within the technical department of an automotive subcontractor, Olivier Paget goes in for a career in consulting by first joining Arthur Andersen and then Bearing Point. He develops a strong expertise in Business Transformation, operational performance and product development, mostly in Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, Utilities and Life Sciences.
Jacques Tassel
Senior Advisor
Jacques Tassel starts as engineer at TFT, then as Department leader at Schlumberger Instruments and Chief Director at ISA Biologie.In 1981, he creates the Paris Site of the Standford Research Institute. In 1988, he becomes head of AT Kearney France and makes it a market leader in France within a couple years. After 2000, he is in charge of AT Kearney development in Europe.
