Interviews you will be submitted to when applying to Cylad Consulting are driven by two major concerns:
- To better understand your personality and evaluate your ability to fulfill your potential. We will also consider the proper balance between your profile and our expectations;
- To give you the opportunity to learn more about Cylad Consulting especially by meeting people you will work with if you join our firm.
Our recruitment process encompasses two types of interviews – motivation and case study – aimed at giving us more information about your personality and your skills.
Motivation interviews
We will check your personality against four criteria:
- Your motivation: it is a decisive factor which you will be needing to evolve quickly in a demanding environment;
- Your interest towards Cylad Consulting: it is important you show crystal clear interest;
- Your ability to value your experience: knowing how to highlight your assets, how to show the consistence of your choices are important qualities;
- Your dynamism: we are looking for potential leaders with a strong sense of commitment and impact ability;
- Your nature: be yourself, do not try to appear as someone you are not.
Case studies
They give us a more rational insight on your personality and skills:
